CRYPT: Blood Eagle Tortures - Andrew Hammond

Due to come out on 30/6/13, this book was sent to me directly from Headline Publishing for me to review. To start off I will say that the book stared off promising some really good stuff, even though I wasn't familiar with this series I easily managed to grasp what had happened in previous installments. However as the story went on it gradually got reduced to being quite boring. However for Horror story fans this book is going to be great for especially as it was the scariest novel I've ever read!

5/10 Got something to say about this book? Why not tell us in the comments...

The Blood Stone - Jamila Gavin

This was a great read! A bit confusing at times as it slides from past to present tense regularly. But other than that it is fairly easy to get through. I enjoyed this book because of the adventure and mystery it has in it. 8/10 This was an intriguing read.

Journey To Jo'burg - Beverley Naidoo

This was a novella My class read in school, and to be perfectly honest; for a fiction book it was very dry and just far too 'non-fiction' for a fiction book. So for me, this book was sadly a no. It had a lot in it for a novella, and I can see why we read it in class, especially for English. But unfortunately it just didn't have that 'humph' if you get what I'm talking about.  3/10 For me this wasn't a fiction it was a non-fiction, despite what the cover says...

Clockwork Angel - Cassandra Clare

This is the best book I've read in a while and I must say I'm quite impressed. I was gripped to the story during the first minute of reading. An amazing plot. An amazing style of writing, I just loved this amazing book!  10/10 I can't wait to read the sequel 'Clockwork Prince'
